KEYS TO BECOMING AN EFFECTIVE LEADER #2 WITH BETHANY TAYLOR

Bethany is the Community Pastor at Influence Church.  Bethany is a woman of strength, valor and a heart of leadership for God.  Bethany grew up in Japan as a Pastor’s kid.  Leadership was modeled in her home.  Tammy asks Bethany to talk about kids today because some kids are so disrespectful today.  In order to raise kids up today, Jesus has to be at the center and at the center of it has to be the Word of God.
Tammy asks “What are you doing with your children to respect and honor?”  Bethany’s answer is so good about “talk time.”  You don’t want to miss it.  So many great questions from Tammy and so many great answers from Bethany.
The next generation is on our watch.  Will you be the leader that God has called you to be?

KEYS TO BECOMING AN EFFECTIVE LEADER #1 - TAMMY HOTSENPILLER

We live in a crazy world today and we are looking for someone to lead.  We lack leadership.  So how do we become strong leaders?  Are we becoming a spineless society?  What are the qualities, traits and attributes of good leadership?  We can find it in the Word of God.  So what were some good qualities of leadership in the past so we can learn what they are for today?  Tammy is going to walk us through the book of Nehemiah to equate leadership with Nehemiah.  This is such great wisdom for us today. First you have to have a burden, second you have to look for the blessing - what did Nehemiah do, who do we go to? Third expect bullying.  Leadership looks for builders.  You must have a strategy and you can get that strategic plan from God.  The enemy can’t fight against the army of God.  WE MUST STAND STRONG!  3 questions all leaders must ask themselves.  1.  What do you want on your watch?  2.  Why do you want it?  3.  How will you go about getting it?

Tammy interviews Emma Birlea who is on the Influence Church staff, does a lot of our social media, helps with Women of Influence clothing line and Emma has a great legacy given to her from her parents.  Emma was born in Romania.

GOD IN THE FRONT LINES WITH WARD SMITH - PART 2

 We are talking about the war in Ukraine, people and a heart for ministry. “God is in the front lines by proxy of His people.”  Tammy interviews Ward Smith who is part of the Influence Church Security Team, former Mayor of Placentia, and a former police officer who has been on the front lines for safety most of his life.
